Weekly Challenge: Bubbly Dialect đź—Ż
Quest Scouts! Consider this challenge (as well as the last) as a bit of foreshadowing. That’s right! We’re releasing a brand new quest on November 30th! Pop is our third quest in our gastronomy series, and its going to be a ton of fun! We’re also happy to announce that for the first time in several years, we’ll be offering Scout Packs for this quest!
Now on to this weeks challenge!
Fizzy, syrupy drinks exist across the county- and even across the world! Even without accounting for non-English languages, the words we choose to describe this beverage vary widely. What do you call it?
Details:
1) Head to this page and take a look at cartographer Alan McConchie’s “Pop vs. Soda” map.
2) You’ll notice that McConchie is collecting data. Fill out his short survey by telling him where you’re from, and what you call the fizzy beverage.
